iOS may not have an immediate GPS fix indoors. Walk near a window or step outside — a fix usually arrives within 10–30 seconds. If it still doesn't resolve:
The app only sends a "running late" message when the engine predicts you'll arrive after the appointment start time, accounting for your settings buffer. If you're on time the app stays quiet — that's intentional.
If you expected a notification and didn't get one:
iOS opens the native Messages compose sheet for SMS sends. Some carriers and number formats can fail silently. Steps to fix:
+1 555-555-5555).+.Most often this means the app's Calendar permission was revoked or never granted.
If you have an unusually large calendar, the 5-second refresh timeout may also trip; in that case Apple's CalendarKit indexing eventually catches up — try again in a minute.
Open the app → Settings → Subscription → choose Basic or Pro. The first time you subscribe you'll get a 3–7 day free trial. Manage or cancel from iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Open the app → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete all data. This removes saved locations, attendee preferences, recent notifications, and any cached calendar snapshots. It does not delete your iCloud Calendar entries.
To fully remove the app: long-press the icon → Remove App → Delete App.
Traffic ETA requires:
If you hit the quota cap, the app falls back to on-device ETA until the next month.
Active trips run continuous GPS, which is power-hungry. Two mitigations:
Outside of active trips, the app uses near-zero power; iOS only wakes it on calendar changes.
